People that have missed out, don't resort to ebay just yet.

No doubt some members on here will have got a spare copy for trading/sale and some of them are kind enough to let them go at cost. Plus, you know that they will check the product for issues defects before sending them on.

So before you whack down a fortune on a pre-order via ebay (from a seller that may/may not get the copy, and may/may not check it for damage) then hang around and wait until they are shipped to folks first. You may get a better deal that way.

Unless you are super desperate and prepared to pay ANYTHING, if that is the case then go for it, ha ha!

Do you need a hug ?

well there are several posts because someone needs to address this problem and everyone is hiding and running away from it.a simple issue that couldn't be done properly.and you know whats a guarantee...nobody is going to take of the ones who were here before 8pm Korea time.
i'm done and back to bed :movie:

Really ?

At least give the Admins a chance to post - they could be investigating.

It's not an automatic process for the link to go live. Once the thread has been made active, the Admin then has to activate the link. And to be honest, by that time they had sold out already.

I understand your frustrations, as it's happened to me several times in the past, but at least give the admins a chance to respond.

On the contrary, there is a chance that you may pay less in eBay few months down the line. The situation has changed a lot and you could actually get better deals in eBay than forums.

I'm aware of that. But if people are rushing off to ebay NOW, then they are going to pay over the odds. That was my point. Buying a pre-order from ebay is risky business.

Whereas, if they wait until the steels have actually been shipped, checked and then put up on here/ebay/wherever then they are likely to get a better deal and a better guarantee of a non-damaged product.

There is always the chance of a super deal on ebay at any time, but that comes down to luck.

The experience of an unfortunate Kimchi Italian collector :

phase 1 .
it all started from here, an order regularly paid for 3 copies of Monsters University. I was very happy, just like all those who are here now to thank and give advice convinced that they were better than others or faster . Many , however, were not happy because no one had warned of output this year and then was canceled without any reason with a funny email very comforting and with apologies . I had my chance in the future ...

phase 2 .
According to pre- order active on the site ... but the payment does not work, at least not for everyone . Still excuses of kimchi and mini hi def forum organized group of ... 40 copies, but with the time and the link was sure ready for phase 3 ...

phase 3 .
I'm beginning to refresh the page every second from 11:50 local ( Italy ) as suggested in the post of the page . Too bad that at 12.10 pm the link still does not work always indicating "Not Live Yet" ... another technical problem ?

phase 4 .
many users happy because they took the issue sought tell me not to be angry and to thank you for the wonderful and generous opportunity ...

Step 5.

Goodbye !

it was not allowed to order 3 copies. just 1 of each (mike and sullivan). maybe that's the reason for the cancellation @kimchi. ;)

There are a couple of people here who need to calm down and edit their posts - Choi was at no fault in any of this, so should not be targeted.

As always with GBs, especially ones that are expected to go fast, it's always best to have several windows open, one with the original post containing the link, and another with the Group Buys forum. That way if one doesn't work you can use the other.

First order was cancelled for everyone! The Mike and Sullivan story did not already exist...what we're talking about?
