It's possible you have to acquire a certain amount of points before you can use them

I don't think so, the points are still pending.

Which means their system doesn't work on the auto validate script after your order is xxx days old. (in case you want your order refunded etc)

The system should make your points valid after a certain amount of time, my guess is they didn't make the right adjustments for it to validate automatically.

Decided to cancel Interview/Vampire today because the art's not my favorite. Shot them an e-mail with my order number. It's Monday morning there, and they refunded me via PayPal within minutes and sent a separate confirmation. Stand Up!

Previously got Lone Survivor from them. Got caught in the Drive fiasco (had to go to work). Will definitely buy again. I've got 2-3 in my cart, waiting for Am/Hustle to drop.

Ordered CA2 Korean and CA2 Nova Full Slip on 13 Sept. Shipped 16 Sept. Got stuck in custom on 24 Sept. Called USPS and they said nothing they could do about it. Decided to check tracking # today using 17track.net and it shows it was returned to Nova and that they received it on Oct. 2! Check order status and translated 3 Korean characters to see it says "Order Returned". Never received any communication or a refund. Shot them an email today but I can't believe they received the returned items back and never did anything about it. I am just as pissed at USPS because per the tracking # it says it is still in NY.

An update for my returned steels. Nova responded to my email within a day and they resent the package. No idea why it was returned. Still pissed at USPS.

How long does it take for Nova Media to approve pending Nova Points? Mine is now for 5 weeks now....

Not having a great day, but then my latest order from Nova showed up. But that hasn't turned out great either. They sent me the regular Edge of Tomorrow Steelbook instead of the Nova Choice edition. I didn't know this was the case until I opened it up and there wasn't anything except for the discs on the inside. Nova Choice is OOS now and I've sent them an email. Hope the outcome is good.

I had 5 points and mine have also vanished....
Also I had placed six orders in total with them and now it only shows I have placed five. Very strange..

hmmm, perhaps NM redeemed its customers' points to upgrade their server

Or could be that Magento is somehow behind this. That crafty bas+ard.

I had 9 points and 1 pending and these have disappeared as well . I sent a message via the 'contact us' tab a couple of days ago but I haven't had a reply as yet.

I had 8 points and now they are gone.

What a bunch of f#*k ups!

The only thing they got going is that their releases are beautiful.

But the rest is all so shady and amateurish... Again and again and again.

On the positive note, they seemed to manage to hold their servers the last time. So that's good

I'm having a problem. trying to create an acount but it keeps saying I can't use my email because there's already an account with it even though iv never made an account with them. I tried another email and I still get the same message. Anyone else having trouble making an Account?

I tried to order something yesterday and had the same problem my points have gone missing also, not sure what the problem is.

Now that you mention it, I also had 2 Nova points and they also have dissapear. I hope Nova fixes this before the Dark Knight Rises pre order. Thanks for the reply.
