I think they have something wrong on the configuration side with their storefront. I've yet to get my confirm e-mail as well, and I resubmitted the request with no luck.

I've checked my spam folder as well and there's nothing there.

Their DNS is not setup correctly, but I believe that is the physical location of their server (or one of their servers) -
