I had the lenti and full slip in cart last night, and could not checkout of Paypal, this is BS, I am boycotting all Nova Media releases they will not get my business, I don't care what they put out there. If a business locally has bad customer service, I don't go back, well that is how I am going to treat Nova Media

I have-in the past blasted Kimchi for their slow servers. I would like to apologise to Kimchi for anything said out of turn as novamedias servers are far worse. Went back to bed at 6:10 when it was clear I wouldn't be able to checkout & was at the cinema when it finally went live-which I assume went well as half the people who got up at 6/7am were asleep/out/or as I was- at the cinema

See if I can score one elsewhere but really not too worried-especially if the blufans ca:was artwork matches-hopefully Drive will have a lenti print run more than 500 copies

Agree that NM servers were bashed up when preordering was supposed to go live but it went like butter when they upgraded the servers. If it holds like this then its a vast improvement over kimchi.

Well, from FB it looks like Novas 2nd steelbook release will be Lone Survivor.

Well their packaging is suberb and I thought all was well till I opened my Captain America to find the steel itself badly scratched both back and front.

Sent Nova details of order number and images to show the scratches on their FB page by PM. Just waiting to see what they say.
