I know this is an off topic question, but does anyone know if Novamedia is under maintenance? I am trying to order an item but at the checkout im stuck. I cant place the order or edit the billing, shipping address, shipping method or payment method.

Stuck at checkout for me as well, was trying to order the non exclusive version.
Which i was going to use my 10 points for.

I contacted Nova recently about missing points and this is the reply I received today:
"Hi, Please check it.
We can see your points 9 point and 1 holding earning points.
You can use it.
Thanks,"

There was also a screen print in the email but it's so small I can't read it. It does look slightly different to my account page though and I am beginning to think that there may be some technical issues with the site

Stuck at checkout for me as well, was trying to order the non exclusive version.
Which i was going to use my 10 points for.

I have just tried to order something as a 'test run' to see if my points appeared during the checkout process and got stuck as well. I then checked 'basket' to delete the item and was surprised to see it had moved on to the shipping stage having conveniently selected 'K-packet' for me. Something's not right.....

Jeez, how many mistakes and misfortune van one company survive?

If there are still problems, you simply don't put your site live again. As simple as that.

What a screw ups.... I have lost my patience with them, too bad their releases are stunning... The rest is just mediocre when it comes to user experience in total and quality control when it comes to their website.

Until Nova refund my paypal account I assume that the GotG order is still a go-go.

I have no listings of any previous orders or pre -orders

I have on pre order Guardians of the Galaxy Full Slip its not showing in my account as an order
Also my Drive orders not showing in my account and I not got delivery of drive steelbooks yet but they were shipped

Same here my account is still working but all my orders have vanished including my pre order for GOTG......

Same here i can log in fine, but have no history of any orders. Luckily i have no current orders. This is inexcusable, they have had way to many problems in such a short amount of time. This is why i opted for the GB for GOTG. Hope HDN can do future GBs here untill Nova is working 100%.
