This is a massive disappointment :(

I was only interested in the "classics" but how can this be a classic. A straight to video release that hit the cinemas.
I WAS going to get all the Disney releases but not now.

Come on Zavvi and Disney what are you playing at. I

I am not paying that price for this one

I think we all assumed it was classics only because 1) the previous releases suggested as such, and 2) a collection consisting of an already established "canon" made by Disney themselves would seem to make more sense than just a random collection of films. But you're right, it was assumption and we were wrong.

But now that they've done Planes, I say they might as well do the other sequels/spinoffs as well. But I doubt it.

One of the worst Disney films to come out in a long time, they should have released it straight to DVD like they were intending too, then it would have never got the steelbook treatment that it truly does not deserve. And £23 to boot, seriously?

Don't be too sure, Mater's Tall Tales got a steelbook in Mexico I think...

And no 3d.....again...........what a surprise! At least at this price a 3d disc would be included. Was I an idiot thinking Zavvi were going to surprise us all with, dare I say, Beauty and the Beast, Lion King....oh no..... PLANES !!!!!!!

Your point being?

Disney Toon produce movies that are supposed to go directly to dvd, this movie they decided to put up in the cinemas and I have to asume that disney only is trying to boos sales with this release, it absolutely doesn NOT deserve steel treatment and doesnt have anything to add to a "Collection" and never will have.

To be fair, if the "Collection" was all of DisneyToon Studios' films on their own, I'd be all for it. But I agree with the point that these films shouldn't be presented as of thy were on the same level as the films by Walt Disney Animation Studios.

Glad I will be able to save some money. This looks no different than Cars, kind of bored with the concept of inanimate objects having a life.

I'm going to wait up to see whether another country is going to release this...If not, I'll be in for a copy...Hopefully with a discount code :D
