I made the best out of our weather and went working out for two hours. After that i felt a little warmer too;)

Hehe.. nice one!
I usually do my cardio training (except for the Muay Thai warming up) at 6am so is not really warm yet (only like 22-24 degrees)... :p

It normally doesn´t even get warmer in summer here:p I remember only one week this year we had more than 30°C in Germany!
I think the body reacts the same if the temperature is over 30° or under -10°when training. Your 22° would be just perfect!

The shadow on the left made me think how did he do it ... cause the left had to be real

Im not sure how he did it as there are several ways but its really simple... what you do it take two images without moving the camera from the original spot. In that pics case one with him on the left and the other with him on the right. The only difference then in those pictures being is the change of where the person is in it since the camera never moved. Then in photoshop you create two layers and one of the images will act as layer 1 and then the other as layer 2 and the image you make layer 2 you will make only the part where you changed spots visible on top of layer 1 and then combine images and bamn! you have a picture where you are in different places in the same frame.

I used to do some photography work a few years back and this really is like a 3 minute job assuming you took the pics without moving the camera. I used to do it with a tripod and a shutter release to make sure the camera didnt move even the slightest. The biggest issue that can arise with this is if the lighting conditions change significantly from shot 1 to shot 2... then you gotta' get in more advanced in photoshop with smoothing and correcting things, etc.
