To be fair, the gloss looks way better than the previous photos have shown off, and the black is a nice shade. The front is a bit boring but it's not bad, much better than ID4.

This is an awesome release and looks exactly how i imagined it - top!
Dont see why so many ppl cry for gloss fnishes. I hate the cheesy plastic cheap look of full gloss steelbooks - but then again i drive a satin black car

Gloss finishes on darker steelbooks arent very practical if you open your steels. Covered in fingerprints after a matter of seconds. Much rather have a smooth matte or a brushed matte effect

actually there is logic in that comment. i cancelled and i'm gonna order it again. Konflick is referring to the fact that all the first pics that people were posting make this steel look dull and lame quality, but then ETSC posted pics that showed the front in a better light and at a proper angle, revealing that the knife and title have a nice gloss treatment with vibrant color. then all of a sudden "faith was restored", according to tommyh84.

Actually I was thinking of people who cancelled earlier than just because of a pic. And when I say there is no logic, it s because of the hilarious sign. What is hilarious on the fact that people cancel a steel if someone post pics that makes it look bad and then order it again because new best pictures show it is actually not that bad?

Personnaly I think this steel is not that great. A little gloss is not worth the price with old master and few extras

ok so at first this was fun to be on the edge of my seat and everything... like 25 minutes ago.
