Terminal (2018): I thought this was good. It was visually really nice with the Neon style. It was a little bit like Only God Forgives crossed with Sin City! (You might enjoy it @Noodles!:)) Margot Robbie was great and Mike Myers played a good part as well.

Ready Player One - 4/5 NINJAS

This was awesome and I don’t get why people didn’t like it. Story was easy to get to grips with, the effects were cool and there was so much pop culture reference my inner nerd was going crazy. Makes me wish the Oasis was real because I would hang out there ALOT.

Upgrade - 4/5 ninjas. One of the better films released this year.
One of the better sci-fi films to come out this year. I had problems with couple of choices made by some characters and it got a bit predictable in the middle and therefore somewhat slow during that part. But I wasnt expecting that ending. I was expecting it to end on a different note.
@tridon If you havent seen this, check it out. Bluray comes out next Tuesday.

This didn't come to my theatre in Thunder Bay, so I'm likely just going to buy it next week. It's Leigh Whannell and that guy always does a great job with writing/directing.

I'm curious... what didn't you like about it bud? I'm not a huge Marvel fan, but this is the first Avengers film that I thought nailed it (mostly because they focused more on the villain and he actually felt like a threat for a change).

Yep your right when it was pretty dead on. I don't usually rate this high but it was a solid 9.5/10.

For me the first Avengers was almost flawless. Age Of Ultron had me wanting to reach through the screen and throttle Stark. That film was abysmally bad. Infinity War was solid, I enjoyed Thanos’ story arc, and was almost sympathetic to his socialist utopia mind set. But the set pieces were rushed (understandably) and forgettable IMO. A good film, but for me not great. I guess you could say I’m more of a Blade Runner, Arrival type fan. I appreciate the popcorn flicks for what they are though.

Ah, well... I actually thought the first Avengers was massively overrated, and Ultron was just plain bad. Blade Runner and Arrival are more my sort of films too, but I found Infinity War to be incredibly entertaining and the definition of a blockbuster. As for the set pieces, I loved them! Especially Titan. :D
