You will almost certainly get more information on your shipment if you use something like aftership.

Clicking on the link in the email gets me the same message you are getting. Aftership and USPS shows movement (not much but at least it’s something).

Tried aftership, the trackingnumber is just a number and therefore tried multiple (italian) carriers, but no luck so far.
I’ve used the barcode and the code from the e-mail.
I think it’s just me
Never had any issues with tracking numbers, but this one....

Within Europe cinemuseum use Ascendia as the courier

I choose Asendia HK on aftership and it is definitely moving, albeit very slowly.

That was also the one in the paypal link, but when selecting I got referred to the website of ascendia.com with the message number not recognized.
But it’s ok, I guess I got a wrong tracking number.

Edit: just got a tracking number from another GB. In the doc were also other tracking numbers. All the tracking numbers for Germany were different. I think they were shipped differently.

If it's any consolation their tracking is pretty poor and they aren't the fastest delivering so try to forget about the tracking lol

I'm guessing the two German codes are the ones not starting with RL. I can say mine (it tracks) does start with RL and finish with CH, similar to those other ones.

I hope everybody gets their tracking numbers working soon, or better yet, the actual parcels delivered

For what it's worth, the RL...CH Swiss Post tracking link included in the "A shipment ... is on the way" email message worked fairly soon after I received the email on the 17th (didn't check it for a few days). The old reliable, 17track.net, also displayed the same tracking entries as the Swiss Post Track & Trace page.

Got my copy today. The back cover is nicely done; Jennifer & her coat textured, with slightly embossed feel. Details of the coat are debossed as compared to the coat's main surface area:

But I very much wish (again, after The Untouchables) that the thickness of the included items would match the case or vice versa
