Hi guys, I want to let you know that I received an email from Fox France that asked me to vote for the artwork that will be chosen for the Steelbook that comes out in France in December.

Per axcraig and Mams, an e-mail was sent from Fox France, asking which cover customers would prefer, via a vote.

The choices are pictured below. If you had a say, which would you choose?

Your Proberly Right Play.com have always been very vague in there releases and description i am hopeing for a surprise from play on this release

Many times the videos can be early mock too. I've received videos where they were 3 disc editions yet show only 1 disc. With this, if I had to bet ... I'd say it is G1, but will contain more discs to accommodate what is being advertised (ie. dvd/dc)

Ok so this is G2 ... this explains the g1 video.

Planet of the apes for France will be a BD release, but at that moment our movie could only show the DVD version, so artwork was cropped to fit the DVD

AND, amazon.fr is still saying it comes with a sleeve. I'm doubting that though.

Seriously, Amazon.fr makes me laught since I'm french speaking and a "fourreau" is more like a "scabbard". A direct translation for slipcover should be "housse" or "enveloppe".
