Additional info from Noodles

Just been chatting to Elliot Cardona (the guy who designed the artwork) and he confirmed that this has "a matte finish with a Pantone red and embossed lettering." Shame it's not gloss, but I can live with it being matte because I like the artwork so much. Can't wait for this one!

Love the inside. Nice clean looking artwork if not a little plain for me but at least the back has some of the racing cars on it. If the title is debossed it would be great.

The word 'Rush' would most likely be debossed. Not sure you could do anything to the racing stripes as the go to the edges of the steelbook.

Even so, it would look classy debossed.

Wow, never thought this will be the final artwork. Typical Studio Canal Steelbook. Looks cheap. Cost cutting best describes this Steelbook.

I think it looks great, but it's the type of artwork that requires a great unique finish or embossing. As it's StudioCanal chances are it will be flat (though the picture suggests otherwise I don't think it's wise to assume anything when looking at a mockup) and matte. I'll wait for pictures anyway.

I hope it doesn't turn out to be matte. Steelbook needs to be shiny like the body work of those beautiful F1 race cars, so it better be glossy or at the very least metallic shine through.

Even though the cover is simple, I quite like it for that. I hope it will have some kind of debossed effect for the final product in the end. The inside looks great btw!

What do you mean by Sturdy? Once you do bossing the Steelbooks starts flexing.
