I sent payment on 5/17 but my name never got marked as paid on the GB and I never received tracking.

My payment from the 19th was the same, so I checked up on it via PM - Alex just sent over the 2nd wave paid buyer list, which you should be on as well, so we should be getting tracking pretty soon.

Marked as $80
That don't sound right
It's was $56.00 USA Dollars including postage and fees for 1 Pet Slip

How many Pet Slips did you order

Were used to value been marked at a low value usually $20
I don't think I have ever seen a parcel have the value marked more than what customer paid

The max value on customs slip for 1 Pet Slip would be $56.00 not $80.00
Very strange

Was it marked as SGD $80.00
$56.00 USA Dollars = SGD $78.15 Singapore Dollar
Using PayPal Currency conversion

Only ordered one, Paul. It was definitely marked 80 USA Dollars.

Got my copy of PET slip delivered today.
BUT

Marked as gift and declared value $80

:wtf: I would have been really pissed off if I had to pay customs.

You guys in the UK are very lucky - your packages from China always arrive in 3 or 4 days. Must have something to do with them crossing land as opposed to water, lol.

My order better not be marked as USA $80.00 Dollars

My order was $59.00 USA Dollars

I can understand HDzeta not marking the value down but they cant put a value that's more than what the customer has paid

Can we have an explanation as to why our parcels have been marked as $80.00 USA Dollars when the Lenti was $59.00 USA Dollars and that included all fees and shipping costs

$80 SGD Dollars is not $80.00 USA Dollars
If any of us get hit for VAT on $80.00 USA Dollars instead of $59.00 USA Dollars
I expect HDzeta to refund any customer the extra VAT costs and handling postal fees if the customer gets hit for VAT Duty that's more than it should be
The is a big difference between $59.00 USA Dollars and $80.00 USA Dollars especially for customers in the European Union Countries

The Value on the parcel should have been marked for a single Lenti $59.00 USA Dollars as that's is what the customer was asked to pay
Marking as $20.00 is a service HDzeta can decline if they want but that cant be putting down the value that's a lot more than what the customer has paid for their order

I think if customs comes knocking, I'm going to be telling them that the price is an error and it only cost me $20 and maybe Alex or someone at HD Zeta could supply us with an invoice for that amount as proof??

So just to clarify, what you're saying is $80 USA Dollars isn't $59 USA Dollars. Right? :p

Let's wait and see if anyone gets stung before demanding refunds etc. Hopefully yours has been marked as $20 and all will be fine

Only 20-30 packages marked as 80USD,because hdzeta warehouse located post office request the blu-ray disc must be over 80 USD,i dont know why.
we had changed post office to ship another packages, all 20USD as gift.
Thanks for letting us know
Good to see then the majority were marked as 20USD as gift

Hopefully mine is marked as $20
If any members from Germany has their parcel marked as $80.00 USA Dollars
I don't think they will be very happy as most likely they will be having to pay more VAT Duty than they would have been if it was marked as $59.00 USA Dollars due to Germany been more strict for collecting VAT Duty

Its good though at least the majority of orders were marked as $20.00 Gift
