I think he means that he would buy the steelbook off you if you can't return it or get your refund.

Also - if you bought the item on e-bay - not sure if this is true on ebay.co.uk, but ebay.com requires
that you open an e-bay case. If you try to open one via paypal, it gives you an error message stating
you have to go to e-bay.
