zavvi orders should arrive within 3 weeks, i would write a message to their CS, as they will definitely ship out a replacement if you're waiting for 6 weeks already.

First of all, thanks for all your kind advices guys I wrote to them last week and they answered me that they will send a replacement soon, which I'm really thankful for. I meant that being able to get such a bargain seems like a nice way to make up for that previous incident, even if it wasn't on purpose

My account has been debited but not dispatched , I did order with a different steelbook ,nonetheless it's disappointing to see they've cancelled some and I'll be rather teed off if they cancel after taking the money

Same here. Do we have to send countless emails to get or money refunded or does it happen automatically after they cancel our orders?

Just had a refund via PayPal for this and Tarzan - they took the money..just refunded it back. They also cancelled my Ponyo steelbook :/

Naw buddy, they ship from the same warehouse. Only the page is translated so I don't get it why they don't ship everything.
I don't think that there are still orders that doesn't get shipped or cancelled. No one got to worry.

My order has now been cancelled after cleared payment from my account and without receiving an email notification. I have just sent a reply online venting my anger and disappointment. Lets see what marvellous reply they come back with .

well there you go , my order was cancelled this morning , they also cancelled we were soldiers ..................paid £6.99 for that ,its now on offer at £8.99 .
no refund forthcoming as yet ,an absolutely appaling state fo affairs and i've fired off an email letting them know.
when a company does this amount of pennypinching its time to worry about their viability

I don't believe there's anything you can do. Most companies have it in the small print that they can cancel orders if the wrong amount is charged. I don't think they have to sell you anything if they made a error.

Since some orders have been sent, I think their argument regarding the faulty price is not as incontestable as they want.

I would have thought it needs to be a palpable error , clearly the price discount on we were soldiers wasn't .....................you could argue that the disney titles werent either as they did previously reduce pinocchio to £8.99 so theres a precedent

No contract of sale has happened until item you order has payment taken and most important part its been shipped to you
Only when both conditions have happened Payment taken and Item Shipped has a sale of contract happened

Before this they can cancel any order if they wish to do so

They should though of have noticed the pricing mistake a lot sooner and withdrawn the item from sale and then corrected the price and relisted for sale

As good customer service they should have given the customers the price but legally they were not obliged to do so until item has been shipped and a contract of sale has happened
