First Customers banned and the IP put on the blacklist.

They are Customer ( Germany ) they order multiple copies with diffrent Email Accounts.

It's good to know that you were able to identify those people from their IP addresses. However, if I had been a scalper, I would not only have set up different accounts with different e-mail addresses, I would also have used a proxy server to disguise my IP address. It might be worth your while to go through the list of successful orders again, looking for other clues. Also, those who have been caught out this time are sure to have learned from their mistakes and will undoubtedly try again next time. So continuing vigilance on your part will be necessary.

With such a limited number of copies available, a number of people here missed out. Perhaps a date and time could be announced for when the cancellations would become available for order again, rather than haphazardly updating the webpage.

I was glad to have been successful in placing my order and thank you for facilitating a very smooth transaction. Only the Paypal link slowed things down a little.

I wish you every success in your new venture and look forward to the next Steel Archive exclusive.

Agreed, it's easy to do and a quick google search will bring up so many options to do this. I would hope that peeps buying this would only do so to own this limited edition.

Update : ordernumbers ( for example 20034 )

The Order numbers are not the same like the Slip number.

Example : when you get the order number 20015 , you slip number is not 15.

Could you please explain?? I'm not a scalper!!! I bought only one copy and this is for my personal use only!! I open all my steelbooks and i have Never IN MY LIFE sold something on ebay or even on a forum because i only buy steelbooks to Watch movies and Keep them.

Why a refund ?????
