There are two different order descriptions for each Steelboook:

1. Star Trek XI - Zavvi Exclusive Limited Edition Steelbook [Blu-ray]
2. Star Trek XI - Exclusive Limited Edition Steelbook [Blu-ray]

No 1 (The 'Zavvi Exclusive') is the black one.

And this is not the steelbook but just giving you idea on how it would look with the front and back. ie. giving the collector the choice of which side they want as front so you can switch the plates.

Canceled my Zavvi exclusive preorder. I'll stick with my FS and DE steels. How many does one man need? I may get the other one that's coming, just because I love the starship so much, but it may look like cr@p if it is closer to the white steel waves than the original FS which is a beaut.

This was always pretty much confirmed artwork when Wreck posted it! The mock up of the steel in the spoilers in the OP was slightly different which was why Wreck said it wasn't actually the steelbook...

I pre-ordered a copy but what about their packaging issues? Is this being addressed?

They're still using lame jiffy bags as we speak. All these "exclusives" are kind of pointless if they don't get that resolved asap!

This has been confirmed by Zavvi. 1 exclusive steelbook version available. However, there is another Star Trek release scheduled for the same date which is amray only

the other release is also a steelbook but it has already sold out it looks the same as Plays version only its 1 disc not 3 discs.

I can see this selling out pretty quick to be honest, doesnt matter if it doesnt look pretty scalpers are gona snatch them up in the hope it sells like play's did
