I think the steelbooks always included the updated discs. That was one of the reason they were originally delayed. The replacement from Paramount will not include discs.

Yes I received my replacement steelbook case today from Germany. Came in a cardboard wrap around with some bubblewrap protecting it. Immaculate condition too plus also there was the German episode guide folded inside, I've decided I'm probably gonna produce a professional English episode guide for all 7 Steelbooks, might even make it available for other users.

I'm in Canada and I just received my replacement today as well. It's also in excellent shape. Just an empty steelbook with episode guide in bubble wrap in a plain cardboard box.
