Unlikely, they never do early access on new releases like this, always seems to be midnight for everyone. I don't think they are allowed start taking orders before it's released in the cinema which might be why.
If it’s as bad as everyone is saying they may want to rethink that policy and lock in orders with no cancellation option lol

I'm sure that's exactly what they would do if they would think they could get away with it, fortunately for UK/EU consumers, the retail law forbids it.

On another note, I have only just seen today a TV advert for this, one day before it's screened, there seems to be little publicity for this here.....all the newspapers today were banging on about CATS for effs sake !!!!, this hardly gets a mention.

Is that the actual steelbook we're getting a glimpse of? Or is that one of the cards stored in front of it?

Not sure it's a good idea to be sliding a steelbook in and out of a metal slipcase.
It's the 4 art cards in front but you can see the top of the steelbook which is different from the picture of the normal 3D and 4K release steelbook photo

Metro Exodus has a metal slipcase with the steelbook inside for one edition and it's really well lined to protect the steel and a great set, hoping this is done the same way

Looks like everything is contained in a base that the slipbox goes over, should be plenty of space between the steelbook and slip if done right.

Wonder how many of those who'll pre-order tonight will cancel when Zavvi screw it up yet again with crap art (who could forget The Force Awakens steelbook or should that be who wants to remember The Force Awakens steelbook!?!)

Zavvi had no involvement in the The Force Awakens steelbook design
It was exact same WWA steelbook in other European countries and Asia countries

Zavvi are only a retailer they don't do any artwork design that is done by the Distributor/Film Studio

Disney do the design of their WWA steelbooks and offer these to retailers to sell

Disney North Amaeica releases some can have different finish embossing and title treatment to Europe/Asia releases

Where's the pricing info coming from? Would buy at 39.99 but screw 59.99

Pricing info is coming from Zavvi, they had it advertised as £39.99 earlier today which looked like a good price if the 10% off was going to work on it.
It's not saying if this is 4K or 3D edition. If they are doing a version for both this could be 4K pricing and 3D will be cheaper or if this is 3D price and the 4K version might cost more. It would be good if they would put the 4K and 3D into one instead of having two separate releases all the time for these collector's editions.

Zavvi have 2 collector editions
4K edition and 3D edition

Exact pricing will be known when goes live
Zavvi listings often have RRP price first before goes live

Actual retail price is often less than rrp price it will show save amount when goes live
