When it comes to HT I go so boring sometimes its just them standing there with their arms down on their sides. Its crazy because you can make those things do pretty much whatever but like PFs I guess I just prefer a more boring museum style pose.

Oh thats awesome news! I can't wait to see what they come up with that I can't afford lol. Its good to hear the prices are going down on some of their pieces, maybe the hype is calming down. But I'm sure Batman and Superman will sell out instantly though, so I don't think anyone is going to be seeing a deal with those especially if they stick to their 999 piece limit.

I don't know if the hype is calming down or if prices are getting too out of control and the market is being flooded with statues from too many companies. I seriously think the statue collectible bubble is going to burst at some point or companies will have to lower prices. But yeah, there will be no chance to get the XM Batman, that thing will probably go for $2K. I wonder what kind of pose they have planned for him. I'm starting to debate on just collecting Superman statues from the DC universe. I would still get Booster Gold, but do you think I should focus my collecting down to just a few characters? I would still be plenty busy buying all of the Superman related characters and villains. I read a lot of Green Lantern, but none of them are really a favorite character, I just enjoy the space stories. I guess I could finish the Sideshow Justice League since I already have almost all of them.

I think they announced they are making another Spider-Man Animated series next year.

It’s pretty cool, you can edit the sound level, how much it flickers, and it’s sensitivity to motion and impact. It also comes with a wall charger.

They say they are for dueling and they have a one year warranty where they’ll replace anything that gets broken within a year. I would need to order a shorter blade to do that. I’ve been playing with it all night and it’s a little too long. (that’s what she said)

There are a lot of cool designs. I’ve always wanted to create my own Sith, some of these hilts would be great:

All of those look really cool. The one in the middle looks like Darth Malgus's lightsaber.

I've been looking at their website for like an hour now just to get myself more familiar with these. It looks like they've got a ROTJ Luke, a TPM Obi-Wan, a Qui-Gon, and even an Ahsoka replica. I looked at building one just to see what these all have and it looks like you have to go with either a Tier 3 Champion or Tier 4 Hero before you get sound effects. Which tier did you get? I'm not sure if its worth it for me to go up to the Tier 4 as I don't know if I'd need all those extra sound effects, the Tier 3 might be okay. Also what color did you go with? I see they have like 4 different shades of blue.

I did watch a video last night of someone with one of these doing a durability test beating the **** out of a tree, and it still survived with only a few scuffs on the blade. Thats pretty impressive.

This was possibly my favorite trailer of all-time. I don't remember why I was whining about the last one so much, but there is no whining from me at all this time. I loved absolutely everything about it. I think I would have to rank it right up there with the "Chewie, we're home" TFA trailer, it was that awesome! At the very least I think this will end up being my favorite SW movie just from a visual sense, if not even overall. Its so gorgeous, and brings so many OT feelz with it while making it entirely new. I'm going to watch this thing like 100 times today lol.

So people are getting their Iron Studios Superman vs. Doomsday. Considering this is only 1/6 scale and it costs about $1300 to get in America...yeah all I can do is shake my head. It looks like cheap garbage, Superman's sculpt is downright awful and I've heard one already arrived broken. I would steer way clear of Iron Studios.

I don't know if its going to be quite the same as a kid against the father. I think the father is a really smart guy and the Empire is forcing him to use his knowledge for their own evil doing. I'm not so sure he's enthusiastic about it, although I could be wrong. I'm sure he will end up dying though and there will be a sad moment at the end of his life there with his daughter and him like there was with Luke and Vader. I could be 100% off but thats my prediction.

Oh my God that looks terrible! Are they using that translucent resin crap for the flesh tones? I've seen DC collectibles and a few others do that with sixth scale statues and it always ends up looking terrible. I can't give a good judgement to how good the sculpt is or isn't because the paint is just lacking so much detail and shading. I could see some company trying to get $300 out of this thing but for $1300 I think a lot of these are going to be making their way to eBay and selling for a lot less.

I'm definitely looking forward to Doctor Strange. I'm not really big on the character but the trailers have made it look really interesting. I loved X-Men Apocalypse, Suicide Squad and Deadpool. I thought Civil War was good too, but the more I watch it the more issues I have with it, same thing goes with BvS. I don't think Marvel will top The Winter Soldier any time soon, that movie was near perfection. DC still has a lot of work to do to get their Cinematic Universe in shape IMO.

Ha! After spending as much as he did deep down he probably feels awful. Maybe this thing looks better in person, but I think the paintjob just isn't what you should be getting on a $1300 statue. But it helps remind me to steer clear of Iron Studios that's for sure. That God-awful looking Kylo Ren helps too .

Adam, congrats on the saber! My buddy and I are trying to get a date set to ride down to see the saberforge store. I'm hoping next weekend.

Love the new Rogue One trailer! Actually had to go back and watch the Onderon arc so my wife would know who Saw is. Which also makes me wonder, when are we going to see Cad Bane? IIRC, he's supposed to be in this. As for Jyn's father, Galen, we know he is heavily involved with the Death Star construction. But, what if he was reluctant to do it? I kinda get that feeling when watching the trailer. And, what if he put that exhaust port on the Death Star there intentionally.

You guys should ride your bikes there and each buy a saber and go swinging those things around in the air when you ride back at night.

I'm wondering if Cad Bane is going to be in this, or if it was just a made up rumor all along. Or maybe they are really doing an awesome job to keep him a secret. They do have those 2 new bounty hunters The Two Tubes Twins. If Cad is in the movie maybe he'll show up with these other bounty hunters at some point. I have a feeling Galen put the exhaust port in there intentionally. That dude is definitely not making it out alive in this movie. I've read people thinking this is an unmasked Vader in this shot, kind of looks like a deformed ear:
