My apologies for not being here much this week. Yes, I have been riding the bike, but I've been riding it an hour and a half away to visit my mom in the hospital. They've unfortunately found a growth (cancer) in a tube leading to one of her lungs and that is keeping air from getting into it. So, yeah, been going up there all week, and then there's my kids volleyball games, our refrigerator crapped out, and my computer will no longer load vids onto youtube. It's been a weak ass week, LOL!

I totally missed Force Friday. So bummed! I didn't even know! That HT Vader looks sick though!

Congrats on the Funko Pops Josh. I've always thought those were cool! My kids have a bunch and I love'em.

Lucas did write Eps 1-3. On Ep2, he had help from Jonathan Hales.

Been wanting to watch the new Luke Cage show. I admit, I didn't really care much for him in Jessica Jones, but I definitely want to keep up on the current Marvel TV/ Movie stuff. Seems like I'm making more of an effort for Marvel than Star Wars, LOL! Still haven't watched Season 1 or 2 of Rebels, and I've only caught the Maul episode that just dropped. Fantastic BTW. Should have time tomorrow for some TV and movie watching.

Ha, not really! I've never been a huge X-Men fan, I thought the last movie was only okay. I did like X-Men 2 a lot though.

I'm hoping they flesh out Luke Cage's backstory or make him vulnerable in some way because he's definitely not as interesting as Jessica Jones dealing with PTSD or a non super strength Daredevil fighting for his life.

I'll have to check to see what I've got on there. I don't think I have that many shows, I think its mostly movies that I still haven't seen yet.

The vast majority of them I never even redeem. The only time I have is when I want to watch one on my phone, but I usually just save a copy of the disc as a file and put it on my phone to watch it that way. But honestly the vast majority of movies I've bought since digital codes have existed have been Marvel and DC ones. I very rarely buy movies anymore. I used to buy a new movie or two every week during DVDs heyday just to buy something, but I rarely buy any movie thats non-superhero related now.

I also ordered the Walmart Exclusive Saw Gerrara Pop. Thats already three SW Rogue One Pops for me now .

I am SUPER STOKED for X-Men Apocalypse! Bryan Singer's X-Men movies is still my favorite Marvel movie series to date. I am very biased though because I think the X-Men are my favorite characters from Marvel in general. But Days of Future Past is my favorite Marvel movie to date, and I think X2 is my second favorite. I only saw Apocalypse once but I really liked it, and can't wait to watch it again.

Its only been 3 days and I already have a problem . The good news is I didn't sign up for the Smuggler's Bounty Star Wars thing that delivers exclusive SW Pops to you every other month. I really wanted to because they have an exclusive Jyn Erso and Death Trooper Pop coming out next month but as of now I've used my super power of resistance .

There is no way I could give up football so getting rid of cable is a no-go for me.

I have a feeling that would drastically decrease anyone's chance of getting laid . Unless you manage to find a SW nerd chick in which case it could have the complete opposite effect. Lou found a custom SW bed that was really awesome too like a year or so ago, can't remember who made it. I guess if your whole house was SW themed getting a bed like that would be pretty cool, but that might just be a bit too nerdy even for me.

Did you guys see the Iron Studios 1:4 Kylo Ren?

I really don't like the pose at all. Apparently its fully sculpted and has a lot of switch out parts though. But its yet another piece that a company decided for whatever reason needed a step in the base to elevate one of the legs up. One Star Wars statue in and Iron Studios is already trying to copy SS's stupid leg up decision.

I haven't really done a lot of hunting on where to get exclusive pops at yet, thankfully. I know I can find most of all of them on eBay obviously, but it seems if you get them right away when they come out the prices aren't that extreme. I've seen people pay crazy amounts for ones they preorder a month or more out but then once it releases the price drops in half. At least I didn't buy a Pop today, so I guess thats progress lol.

I can't figure out whats going on with this Kylo piece. His legs are weird, his saber holding arm is weird, and his head looks really weird staring down. Its like he has no neck. I think they should send this one back to the drawing board because nothing that he's got going on works.

The first pic is epic AF! The second pic is more LOL! Sideshow gets the win here so far. If Iron Studios can put out pics that show this piece off better and it actually is a good looking piece, I'll get it.

FWIW, I've never had any trouble with the ladies even when they'd walk into my apartment filled with 3 3/4" figures. My wife, back when we started dating, used to fall to sleep in her room with Jedi playing on the VCR. Some chicks really dig nerds. And for the others, they can piss off! LOL!

I took a look at that SW furniture website and they've got some awesome stuff there, like that TIE Fighter desk for $400.

I don't know whats going on with that Kylo. The saber arm just looks so terrible I don't think there is any kind of pose that could make that work. Hopefully it will have another swapout arm thats posed completely differently. It doesn't matter anyways, the PF blows this thing out of the water.

I've never dated a nerdy chick, but then again I've never really tried to find one. Maybe that will be my goal in the next year .

You're a terrible influence! You're supposed to tell me not to buy these things! I'm wondering if a month from now if I'm going to have an actual Pop problem. I may have to find an addiction counselor in advance .

I watched Ex Machina last night. That movie messed with my head! It's not an action movie, more of a psychological sci-fi drama.

I don't know whats going on with that Kylo. The saber arm just looks so terrible I don't think there is any kind of pose that could make that work. Hopefully it will have another swapout arm thats posed completely differently. It doesn't matter anyways, the PF blows this thing out of the water.

There was a period of time between like 4th and 6th grade where I felt maybe a little rebellious and liked some other football teams besides the Packers just because my dad wanted me to be a die hard Packer-backer for life. I still liked the Packers at this time, but there were other teams I liked too like the Cowboys, and even briefly during one year I may have liked another team that I refuse to name because it is sacrilegious for me to ever like that team . My brother was the same way during the same time in his life but his team was the Steelers.

I was born and raised a Cowboys fan. Almost as hardcore as Star Wars. I miss it sometimes, but I cannot support Jerry Jones. When he's gone, I'll be back.

The Jimmy Johnson Era was the best IMO, and I grew up during the Landry days. I absolutely hate Jerry Jones for what he did to Jimmy Johnson. The Cowboys were just starting their legacy, and could have won more Superbowls if Jerry hadn't let his ego get in the way. I haven't followed them since that day, and all my Cowboys stuff is packed away.
