Jay-yes, over the last week or so, their terms, time frames, and phrasing has changed at least a dozen times. We just have to "wait and see" at this point...

The fact that they were selling them without having them in stock is a bit scary . :p I hope they least called the person who was delivering them and asked him to count. Otherwise they may have been oversold.

I checked my credit card last night, and there's no charge from WBshop on it. I never checked before, so I don't know if there was a pending charge or anything like that. I saw on another forum that someone had a pending charge, but it was no longer showing up. I'm not too worried about it, because I got that e-mail confirming my order, but just adding my experience if it helps anyone.

I had a pending charge from WBshop from the time I placed my order until last Friday morning. It does not show anymore, but my order still shows IN PROCESS at wbshop.com.

I think pending charges stay in the queue for 5 days before the credit card remove them. It's one method that they do to validate that the card is successful or not.

I've had pendings on stuff I canceled in the past and they sat there for a week, so they are definitely weird in that regard. I had to call before and finally the fell off.

A poster on another forum is claiming that WBshop told him that it is expecting its shipment of Sucker Punch steels today and that they should be shipped later this week. Sounds like the 10/5 shipping date may be accurate...

This is the second incident for a "San Diego Comic Con" or "SDCC" exclusive went available after the event. The first one was from 2007 - "300 Immortal Mask DVD LE to 5000 Set"

well if they make 900 copies and sell 200 at comic con what are they're suppose to do with the other 700 ? not sell them ?

I don't think he's referring to if they should be sold or not. Seems like he's just stating that two SDCC exclusives were sold else where after the convention.
