Might be the digibook version that Italy is showing. $26 is about what normal digibooks come in at around release.

Yup, it is getting a 4K digital restoration from the original camera negatives. Also, it is getting approved by Martin Scorsese himself

This film is getting a 4K restoration....

The 2nd listing is now gone, so I guess no special edition for USA, yet the cover art now is eitehr a slip cover or perhaps a digibook ... hard to believe it would be a digibook for so cheap. Some might think it cant be a digibook because it doesnt show that way like warner listings do, but that is what most Sony digibook listings look like anyways. So just saying it could happen.
