I'll reserve full judgement till I have it in hand but yeah I cant be the only one who looks at the original designs we were asked to vote on back in 2015 and prefer them to what they've delivered. If you dont have Nova's then it's possibly a cheaper (although that's possibly debatable) more easily attainable alternative but as I've said all along Nova's will be impossible to beat

As someone who loves GitD stuff, I have to ask “Why?” That’s so pointless for this particular release.

Glow in the dark steelbooks now? Talk about tacky! It's another way to try and outdo the competition with finishes. I don't collect these films anyway but definitely not a fan of this approach.
Stick with solid, clear and stunning finishes.

It’s a pointless gimmick and doesn’t suit the film at all. Perhaps it would work with a film like Attack the Block but otherwise it’s completely unnecessary. The Novamedia edition looks better in any case. Film Arena is the poor man’s premium retailer except the prices aren’t cheap any more!

For the glow in the dark steelbook, I would just pretend Arnie and the T2 skeleton are radioactive. This might help
people deal with this gitd crapola. I am glad I did not order the E1.

Would certainly fit their upcoming Alien line of steels more than Terminator yeah but I disagree that they're a poor mans premium retailer, some of their WEA steels are the best money can buy

That is a great looking steel and bossing but like others are saying the GITD is absolutely pointless and does not suit the film or steel at all. I see it on Instagram earlier and actually laughed out loud

Worked well on PA’s train to busan because it created a hidden image but the effect is still noticeable by the eye and touch without the GITD in effect. You can still see the material used to create the GITD.
If this is the same then it might look really odd and ruin the art/ images

I admit there have been some good ones but the majority are nothing special.
