With Disney abandoning Viva Metalbox (rumor still), we will be seeing the return of the good old days of exclusive US steelbooks. Think exclusive Star Wars steelbooks

This is a thing of beauty but I cannot justify a spend when the DVD and UV code will not work in the UK. Thats 2/4 that is unusable.

Welcome to the world of importing steelbooks. All the US members that buy Foreign Country steelbooks has been doing that for years.

Exactly i don't get who the heck uses the dvd when there is blu-ray in there? I couldn't care less if they never included a dvd with blu-ray's again. In-fact I would prefer it. Less space/weight being taken up by useless stuff. All I ever want included with the blu-ray feature is a disc with bonus features and thats it. I can understand people that rely on mobile devices will want the digital copy/code to also be included.

I cant wait to get this steel! I wonder what cool back and inside art awaits us on this steel

I don't have a blu ray player in my bedroom, just a dvd player so I welcome dvd copies when I buy a blu ray. When I watch a movie in my living room, I'll watch the blu ray but like having the option.

No idea since it's hard to tell by the pics alone. Can't say since it's a 80-20 chance being non-embossed BUT given steelbook releases over the past few months, only Pixar/Disney gets the embossed treatment.

At this point i wouldn't get your hopes up. And if it turns out to be embossed, consider it an early Christmas gift.
