ok just to be clear: I dont have the steel yet so this is just a guess that there won't be any inside art.

Not sure if anyone has noted this before, but it used to be that a regular blu-ray steelbook can only fit 3 discs (I've been made aware of the Alien Anthology that uses a tray for the 4 discs).

But, remember that another recent Sony Best Buy steelbook had a combined 3D Blu-ray & Blu-ray disc (see Underworld: Awakening)

And...Underworld had great inside art.

So one of these has to be in a paper sleeve, or maybe one of the discs is combined.

I don't either of those, so I'm not sure. It used to be that you could only have 2x discs on the right and 1x disc on the left.

I just grabbed the inside of the Godfather steel from the Godfather thread - so I guess they have a tray now for the 4 discs?

Sorry for any confusion if true. Just wanted to point out how things can get out of hand when assumptions are made, about no inside art, etc.

I agree in general.

But I would make an exception for

Terminator 2 (2.0)

It seems the full slips just total mop up the competition. At least when they are limited.

Underworld Trilogy DE used to be a premium before the reprint ...
T2 2.0 sells for high
and Gladiator TW as well (if u ever see it for sale!)

steels with the mini skirts seem to be a bit less in value terms compared to full slip rarities .... tho some can be very attractive Capt A TW and IM2 TW

question for those who preordered the steelbook spiderman bluray back when it was 34.99, has your account updated to reflect the new drop in price? my order status still says 34.99 plus tax which comes out to be like 38.10. i dont see it reflect the new 27.99 price. should i be worried? or will it adjust when it ships?

I believe it will adjust on release day. They charge you full price and then refund you the difference a while later (however long it takes a refund to clear)

well thats dumb....amazon handles it much better, they adjust the charge on the invoice even if its still in preorder.

if you haven't seen the movie, i suggest you watch it before buying. everyone has an opinion, but yours is what matters. i personally enjoyed the movie, others say they hated it. its really up to you.
