Yeah that slip cover is awkward and out of place if it is left on for display. Best for the box to be slip-less when exhibited.

I think Best Buy has earned bragging rights to this, so if they have to call it out, they're right to do so. It's all about competition in retail. Why would you not want to call out your company name on one of your hottest creations when none of your competitors have anything to offer that matches up to that?

Sorry Ninja's In The South Early Bird Get's The Worm The Set Is So Nice Great Job BestBuy Exspecially How FutureShop Gets Everything!!!!!!! Buyer Beware....
I had to return twice to get a mint case!
It looks like the back part of the lid there is a seam that tends to rip/tear.
Both corners of my first and one on the second....third time was the charm!
Inspect yours carefully....they are very nice but equally fragile.

All the ones that I picked out for the Gb were carefully inspected and to the best of my judgement mint condition! I inspected the lithograph seam to make sure it was properly sealed.

and all corners looked intact.

If it is opened, there is instructions inside on how to change batteries for the lights. Use it to check if the batteries are in place. If they are and still no lights, take it back and exchange it. If it is unopened, just exchange it.

Wait, are you pressing the button or just anywhere on the lenticular cover? There is a button on the lower right corner on the front for turning on the lights.
