I also have this problem but when I contacted them they said I have to wait till I get a card refused email.

Then go into your account and change the details
This happooened on boy in striped pyjamas and I changed the card to charge and they arrived fine .
My advice add another card to the lost so you can quickly do it

There is no way that only 2000 copies of this Steelbook are being produced. I bet the rest will pop up in Asia 6-12 months down the line, maybe with a different finish, but they will appear somewhere that's for certain. Come on, this is a major title with an acclaimed cast and director.

Although the site does not list the USA as a country they ship to (all of them are European countries), they took my order, shipping to the US, and they also had USA in their menu when you select a country when inputting the shipping address.

Decided to cancel this one too. Too much money going into steelbooks right now, especially since I just had to pay upfront for the Frozen lenticular. Hopefully this will free up a copy for someone who really wants it.
