They usually re-up all the cancelled orders on release day, around 5PM UK time. That's when TWBB & TBITSP went live again I believe

Probably next week, and some ninjas friend of mine cancelled their copies so it will appear next week.

Also i think Zavvi will start taking payment by Wednesday for Aviator so be ready and have money in your credit card
