if you mean with the cover, then i see what you're saying, all that rich purple! if you haven't seen the film, just to confirm that this is a Frank Oz / Jim Henson fantasy, a 100% puppet / people in costumes film. here's the original trailer.and, if you knew all that already, ignore and apologies!
Yes definately the rich deep purple artwork! There aren't that many releases with purple and the ones that just pops into my mind is Dark Shadows. Never even heard of the movie so all new to me!
Not seen Labyrinth. Unfortunately and I regret I don't share the creative enthusiasm as you and heart have with these fantasy movies. I should try and put more effort in and try something different.

Any help on this from UK members?
I would hold out usually it's the US that gets these releases first so it's odd the UK has I am sure a US version will come out at some point, no guarantee though obviously.
