Sod the custom charges and stupid shipping prices, I am still getting this 5 of this wave as I will just regret it next year when buying them for crazy money on evilbay
This is not true. I bought the Avatar Ironpak from Amazon.CN last December (thanks to DB's recommendation) and they took my US credit card and address with relative ease. They even shipped faster than their counterparts in Europe.
Your only chance I believe would be to email them ( and hope they speak english or it translates right) and ask if they will combine your two orders. If both orders have stuff with far out dates ... then makeyour 2nd order and then give them both order #s and ask if they can combine ... many times if they do, you'll save on shipping. I've NEVER done this with amz.jp tho just saying what ive done wiht other amazons.
Pud, my advice is to create a new order with all the items from your previous order plus your new items. Once this new order is completed, go back and cancel that previous order. I do this all the time on Amazon.JP for my personal group buys.

Will give it a try later. I have decided to up the JP order by 2 so they are from the same release date.

I did that and it won't let you (only amazon japan) because they are limit to 1 per customer. You have to cancel first then re-order the old and new together.
Will have a look later.It never translates well even with chrome its not the easiest site to navigate.
Interesting, perhaps I have special privileges on Amazon.JP? I have in the past and also just now placed a pre-order for the same 5 steelbooks that I already had orders (more than 5) before and it went through just fine. It did not stop me anywhere.

The rules, according to my "friends" at Amazon, is one copy per title per order. It used to be one copy per customer.

I've done the same thing, I thought everyone was able to do that?
I dunno, but back in December close to the original release date ... I canceled my order like an idiot ... then it got postponed and when I went back the price had raised. Not by a lot , but like 200 yen or something.
For some reason, I was having doubts over ordering these, because of price. But, I really love the look of white Steels, so I had to get these. ~$40 a Steelbook shipped was actually not as bad as I thought it was going to be. Can't wait to see these in person.
I've got an order in for 6 of the steelbooks in this series... just need to work out what I'm going to say to the wife when the postie turns up asking for money before we get the parcel :eek:
I know! I only had a couple of steelbooks until recently, now I've got myself a new addiction and I think its gonna end up costing me a pretty penny
