I feel your pain. They took around 48 hours to get back to me, and I was watching the count dwindle to zero. I didn't get a dent like you just a small paint chip on the bottom. I rolled the dice and asked them for a replacement. By the time they got back to me, it was already sold out. They wound up refunding me for the steelbook plus shipping and said I could keep the one they sent me. I'll take it! So, you should get a full refund I would think.
