I'm not sure if the film cell the art book is only exclusive to Singapore. But I cannot recall if any other country is giving that booklet in steelboook version.
As for the gift, I'm not sure if this is an official merchandise from WB. If it is, they will release them for purchase once they are done with the official release.
See HERE

My point is, if this is widely available. This is not so unique.
What makes Singapore release unique is the film cell for 2D and booklet for 3D.

That's explained why the supplier told me that they came from UK.(Booklet) So, it's printed in the EU region. Did the french or any other EU version come with the booklet as well ? Didn't check other release recently as I stop buying.. LOL

Hmmm.. it depends on what you are looking for mate.
If you order via GB, 2D steelbook comes with a full embossed slip. 3D steelbook comes with a customised quarter slip.
If both slip not your cup of tea/coffee then all steelbook are the same.:hilarious:

What is the difference if they are ordered from the store and via group buy?

The HK version has the keyring gift for preorders from HK Records. HMV are giving away a tshirt. Both are for local (HK) orders only.

I think it looks great! The red hanzi letters against the black really pops, and the picture of the booklet on the slip certainly makes it different from other versions.

Alex I think this is going to be the Version of The Hobbit to have. Seeing as TW is doing the Box thing again. :(
And if KR gives us another plain slip like on LOP!!

Then my money is on this version to be the clear winner. :D

So 2D & 3D same inside and backcover artwork. Saves me an extra import. German steelbook is good enough for now I think. Which is lenticular. :D
