Nope, it's not overrated, and I'm not so sure it's temporary either. Maybe the tech itself will evolve and get better, but I don't see why 3D is more of a gimmick than 2D.

If you want to see how 3D can actually add depth to a scene you should check out Werner Herzog's Cave of Forgotten Dreams.

Are you saying that they are trying to dispatch The Little Mermaid? Are you sure it's not just because you bought TLM with The Jungle Book in the same order and they are just shipping The Jungle Book portion of the order?

Strange indeed. I've just quickly cancelled my spare copy, but it does state an estimated dispatch date of 12/08!!

Are you sure about that? Because they state 23 September as release date, so they would be taking payment like 1.5 month prior to the 'contract', and I don't think they are allowed to do that without notifying the customers first?

maybe Zavvi is panicking because of all the cancellations, and they're trying to ship out as much as possible as soon as they can?!

Wow, relax. Don't take everything so serious. And what has age to do with behavior? I am just 19 yo, but I won't change my behavior just because it is expected of me because of my age . That's not healthy .

Just contact them stating you want to cancel, as you are well within your right to.

I've never had them have an issue with me cancelling when an item in an order had already been dispatched. Even with a discount being used.

I try to not make a habit of it though.

Jungle Book is sold out according to Zavvi. IF that is true, I expect this one to sell out pretty soon as well. But I think this one won't be sold out until a few more weeks, and I know you know what that means about TJB's 'sold out' status . And if I am wrong, well, I apologize in advance .

I think it is when you click through to the Steelbook section or click 'View All Steelbooks' on one of the product pages, rather than using the search function or a direct link from another site:

As you can see it states 'Offers > Steelbooks', looks like yet another bug in Zavvi's system.

considering the flurry of other steels released on the 23rd I'd welcome an early release as a chance to spread the cost a bit
