Gloss would have been nice, but I must say this is how to do a quality matte finish! No streaks and a nice metallic sheen. Job done!

But I have 'quality' steels and this isn't one of them. The image on the back and front is not as clear as it should be in fact the image on the back gets a little pixelated and is bordering on streaky. Not what I would call quality, Corpse Bride is a quality matte steel and this is not up to the same standard as that.

The Steel is barely moved to get that effect.

What you are describing is the resolution of the picture chosen. Nothing to do with the quality of the finish.

I am talking about the whole shabang, it is streaky on the back that is down to the finish. The resolution of the image on the front is ok but on the back it is the typical Warner shite resolution that they tend to use for their back catalogue.
Either way it is not great, I am a big fan of the movie and if it wasn't for the fact that I knew that this was a Warner Back Catalogue + EIV edition, (a combination that does not inspire confidence) it is. What I expected but what I will say is that it is a hell of a lot better that the amaray edition that I had prior to this and somehow managed to sell for over £8 which went towards this.
