This one is quite strange.too

Been watching his "Auction" for a couple of Weeks now-selling this Steel at least 4 Times but never got a Feedback on any of those Sales

And at least three Times the same low Feedback Buyer won the Auction

It would appear that the guy is perhaps using 2 accounts or is having a friend help him bump up the price of his auction... The idea is to get an auction to start at .99, with a few hours to go bump the bid up by loads and hope someone outbids you... If not.. You still have the item
