So, we have the "Fake" and "Steelbook Price Drop" thread, but we don't yet have the thread where you post listings with "crazy" prices for Steelbooks. If you see any, post them here and have fun debating. As per forum rules, please remain respectful with each other-one person's "high price", could be another's "deal of a lifetime" score. Enjoy! :scat:

Please keep discussion to Ebay and other retailers, not private sellers.

I'd say some of the hype is driven by TDKR release, just like when Avengers release drove up prices on Capt. America and Thor.
If news of TDKR gets a white SB release, we could see both Batman SBs get another price boost as people try to complete the set.

$200? Maybe I shouldn't sell mine... Do you think this will turn into another iron man or watchmen deal?

I don't see the point of selling a rare steel unless you don't want it and you haven't got another copy, otherwise you be chasing for another replacement anyway. I would just keep it for now.

So which one is more rare? Korean edition or the Japan? Someone said they only made 500 of the Korean

Dunno, I prefer the BB JPN because that slip cover on the Korean kinda gets on the way of all the other white steelz. Looks better without stickers and stuff, I like it exactly how JPN done it, nice clean tight shrink wrap and the excellent whiteness on the steel really brings it out. As for which one is more rare, if you said Korea only made 500 and it has two discs, maybe this one?
