So, we have the "Fake" and "Steelbook Price Drop" thread, but we don't yet have the thread where you post listings with "crazy" prices for Steelbooks. If you see any, post them here and have fun debating. As per forum rules, please remain respectful with each other-one person's "high price", could be another's "deal of a lifetime" score. Enjoy! :scat:

Please keep discussion to Ebay and other retailers, not private sellers.

I did say that this was becoming a Sticker & Slip Collectors market  ~ didnt I :hilarious:

Do you know what TC I asked this a while ago about how much I would get for my j cards :D

Someone replied with a few quid EEK!

So I didn't bother as personally the j cards take away the look of certain steels.

I don't get it. Why are people bidding for these? :hilarious: My view is that slips etc are only good if the steelbook is factory sealed.

Granted the slips bar the odd one are crap.

Regarding sealing yes plastic shrinkwrap is worth hundreds :naughty

I'm sure he's legit but I'm incredibly paranoid of buying from someone with 0 feedback. Although everyone does have to start somewhere.

This is hot!....9 sold in less than 2 days, possibly all within a few hours of listing...seller has now relisted it on auction, interesting to see where it will go...$150, possibly?

He told me that he bought 30 copies and that he's actually in Shanghai at the moment and the package will ship from China. I don't know if it's a scam or not, but at worst ebay gives you your money back.

I think the auction might be hampered by the 0 rating, but I think this Viva will definitely clear $150 at auction in the near future.
