So, we have the "Fake" and "Steelbook Price Drop" thread, but we don't yet have the thread where you post listings with "crazy" prices for Steelbooks. If you see any, post them here and have fun debating. As per forum rules, please remain respectful with each other-one person's "high price", could be another's "deal of a lifetime" score. Enjoy! :scat:

Please keep discussion to Ebay and other retailers, not private sellers.

I like to wonder how long these Jack Reacher's £100 + steels would last. I remember Batman Begins Japan went for over $500 and upto $600 + at one point.

Then everyone flooded the ebay market with them and the value came tumbling down. Now they are worth £100 - £150 tops ($150 -$225)

a signature on a still its both a being at the right place the right time....as well as knowledge when this signature get together things are made....(unless of course you have a connection to get it off scene)....so a signed steel even opened should go IMO more than double the price of a sealed...

of course opinions vary on this...

These stickers and slips are becoming more serious as time goes by, money wise of course.

I know buddy, quite rediculous in my opinion but quite amazing as well :scat:

The new generation of steels have moved on from where Future Shop vs Germany owned most of the big releases.

Now this has moved to being slips and stickers which are increasing becoming more popular.

Just to assuage any doubts about the legitimacy of the Jack Reacher UK sales, I sold my 2 copies for £110 BIN (each) and both buyers have paid. Obviously I could've got more for them, they go from anywhere between £100-£165 atm but I wanted quick sales and both sold within a few hours of them going up for sale.
