That's insane - my brother and I were both hugely let down by the lack of features listed on the back and were about to send them back for refunds. I would rather have a 2-disc DVD for £4 than an expensive "vanilla" steelbook. In fact, it was what put me off getting The Rocketeer too. I'm really glad I looked on this forum today! Thanks guys.

Normal shipping man! It takes 10 days to reach me! But I would not mind if they take longer as long as I got my steel in great conditions, this is the second one I got in bad conditions, I never had this problem before with them; now I'm very afraid for m little marmaid...the inconvinient here is their customer service is so bad!

this time around they handled the replacement really fast! not like when i requested the x files! it just a waist of money on their be half with this new packaging...

I think they've had to improve their customer services in order to handle the sheer volume of steelbook returns they must be getting
