My boxset got delivered today! Sadly it's damaged... There is a cut on the side of the boxset... It seems something cut through the layer of bubble wrap and into the boxset. And no, i didn't use a knife to remove the wrapping

Maybe customs opened it. Happened to me several times before. My Blufans BH6 was damaged like this one.

The actual box too. You can just make out a white line in the middle of the open cellophane where the Paper of the box is cut
How could i tell if customs opened it? It didn't look repackaged or anything.
you shouldnt use carpet cutter when opening your packages

If there is no notification included, that customs opened it then they haven't. Usually they also use a special "customs" tape to repackage it.

@JH2607 Be patient...mine were send on April 12th...and arrived this morning.
got the same problem with an ebay item -.-
well, here in Germany they use a customs sticky tape when they relock the package.
