What email are people using / getting a response from?

I tried the 'contact us' link on their website but so far not heard anything.

Has to be one of the worst retailers I've ever dealt with. I've sent them three emails demanding my refund and I haven't got a single response! Next step is to call them and hope they have someone there who speaks English!

Let me know how that goes they said they'll refund the money in two days if I don't respond to their email. No response from me and no refund from them, probably would be the worst retailer I deal with if I bothered to deal with them.

After a threating email about reporting them (don't know to who ) and contacting my CC company to get the refund, I finally got a response:

Dear Customer,

Fnac.pt welcome your contact.

The refund order was made on 27-07-2012. It takes 5 to 8 working days to
be refunded.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Hoping to continue to deserve your preference, the Fnac.pt will always
be at your disposal for any clarification or suggestion.

See you soon in www.fnac.pt

Best Regards,

My favorite line in this is "See you soon in www.fnac.pt" :hilarious:

They could be selling Thor SBs for $1 and I would not bite. I'm done with them (as soon as I get my refund). ;)

did you use a translator program or all in english?

Both. I bombarded them with messages from the website and replying to their emails. I would write in English, and then translate in Portuguese and add that at the bottom of the messages.

Funny thing is the last response was in English (posted above) and a few minutes later the refund showed up on my CC.

did you receive email confirmation of refund?

I responded to the automatic emails, as it says to respond with more infor if needed. And, the response I got in English was from the same email:

[email protected]

I replied to the auto response yesterday with a stern email and I also sent it again via their website's contact form. I've got a response which I can barely understand but at the bottom it says to respond with more info so I just replied again saying more or less the same thing.

This is such a ball ache.
