omg, reading about all the damaged copies you guys have had! I had pre-ordered mine ages ago, and never had problems with hmv steelbooks before. When mine came last fri, it looked fine until i took the shrink wrap off, and there was like a raised sand like bit on the border, it was black so hard to see but up close u could notice it and feel it when i rubbed my finger on it. i wasnt sure if i sent it back they would give me another cos it was small like a grain of sand, but it bugged the hell out of me, so took it to my local store on tues and said i bought it mon, tried to watch it last night but it didnt work and lost my bill, and cos it was hmv exclusive they swapped it no questions asked lol
