I have a pending order that I paid before (Elysium) wanted them to change this order with Thor. Hope it wont sell out till they respond to me...

I put in the notes "please combine with order no......" and they always do. Jsdvd are a very good retailer

How did you enter the details?

The way I've usually done it, I key the numbers in instead of typing them in. Is there another way I should be doing it?

I contacted my bank to see why the charge was not going through and they told me that they did not receive a charge request from this vendor, so something is not working properly with their system. Apparently not for everyone though.

I do mixed never had a problem. Key 4 then type the rest.

Try typing in all the numbers except the last four. Use their keypad when entering the last four.

After numerous attempts for around 4hrs trying to pay having the order failed, I tried the wife's card and worked 1st time, have no idea wat so eva as to why my card was not working but just glad I managed to secure a copy b4 they sold out.

I tried entering the last 4 with the key pad and typing the rest of the numbers and the transaction keeps failing. At least a good friend is helping me get a copy but I've never had any problems with them before.
