you will definitly get hit by customs if they use dhl. same with amazon.jp all the time. Hope you have a bit Luck and they dont use dhl. would be 9 € or so customs.fingers crossed for you mate.
how you can be hit by customs when u order from amazon.jp ? thought you pay import fees when u make a order
no DHL pays the import fees for you at customs here in germany so they can deliver your package . and when the mailman delivers the package to your housedoor he wants that money from you. No money no package from dhl thats how it is here in germany
Yes. Amazon JP use the same as Amazon US now. When you place your order, before the final click, it will say Import Deposit by the total prices section (usually bottom right from memory).
Like the US, no more customs charges when the parcel is in the UK. DHL will just deliver it.

Unfortunately, only DHL for books.com , no other option.
You will get your DHL tracking number 1 day after they shipped the item.

Went ahead and ordered it, came out to $48 and change, Just hoping and praying it comes unscathed.

Both are fine...Personally I don't mind the cheaper and slower delivery option

airmail is cheaper and safer but take longer. personaly i would chose airmail
