For me ES have really been on a downer with there recent Steelbooks, some really poor choices from them

Transformers, Divergent, Need for Speed, 300 with the horrible 3D attatched to it

How about The Lego Movie, The Grand Budapest Hotel, Neighbors, X-Men: Days of Future Past (if HMV didn't get it first), Edge of Tomorrow...or hell even some old films with some amazing artwork, something we probably wouldn't get with Zavvi.

I was hoping to get a UK steelbook release of Lone Survivor which would be awesome if it was an ES exclusive!!

ES supply great steels. Just a pity their pricing is crap.
One day we will get a top Steelbook from them, at a good price.

I think you must have been living in a cave for the last few months and missed the reasonably priced exclusives from eOne (2 Guns, Divergent and Need for Speed). :p

I think it's pretty obvious that studios have a major influence on pricing. It's no coincidence that Disney and Paramount titles usually cost around £25 whereas eOne, Lionsgate and StudioCanal titles cost around £18 with Universal and Warner somewhere in the middle. At least Entertainment Store are securing exclusive artwork and reducing the runs wherever possible to make their more expensive releases more attractive.

Not too bothered if it isn't 3D, as I'm going to the states in October, so I'll pick up the 3D IMAX version whilst I'm there
