The back artwork doesn't work for me and blah to the inside.

It's odd that they didn't use the teaser image of the transformer logo with the 4 for the back. This seems like a recycle of previous artwork on the back.

Indeed, that's the same as the one originally used on the G1 DVD steelbook of the first movie back in 2007 (minus the title and tag line)

Yeah, mine had finish checking (not scratches, where the finish wasn't applied properly), and scratches, and dents! Nothing I can't live with, but looks like the pressing plant crapped these out with no QC. Thankfully still getting the ES 3D one.
