I just sent them an email , and within a week I had my money back. No problems and I didn't have to deal with paypal.

paypal are unbelievable. One item I got from ebay was desctibed as new and the case was all rusted. Paypal solution? Photos of item not acceptable (I could have photoshopped them, they required an independent sighed report from an expert in this area Plus if claim gets accepted I must post back @ my cost to Germany the itrem. And I only paid $20 for it.
Paypal suck. Wish there was an alternative.

No , the back cover is of jeff bridges, the movie info is printed on a cardboard taco that is removeable. Quite common for steels to have these
