All of those like this, will sell out. It's clever marketing by Zavvi. We all thought it would be on pre order earlier this week, but it has been delayed. It's all about the hype.

I don't believe in grails anymore, too many releases, regardless of a limited print run.

If this was a 4000 release, I doubt it would sell out for a long time.

Beetlejuice i expected. But honestly i had never even heard of mars attack before it got announced. Glossy still doesnt guarantee selling out TBH. The prestige is still in stock.

For sure, would still sell all of its stock. I think with the flooded market, any release in the last couple of years can be purchased by paying just a little bit more.

Remember the thrill of hunting down classics like FS iron man etc. it was a case of catch me if you can.

Beetlejuice has been on the most wanted Steelbooks wish lists for a long time

Beetlejuice would still have sold out if it was 4000 print run but would have taken longer for obvious reasons


V for Vendetta will sell out but only because of its a 2500 print run
The German V for Vendetta Steelbook is still available for only EUR 12,99

Beetlejuice and Mars Attack are first time Steelbook Releases

imo those releases are mainly purchased (at least 2/3 of the stock) by scalpers for repurchase purposes.. if beetlejuice didn't sell out within 2 weeks orso all scalpers would've canceled their orders and it would be available forever

Sorry but I disagree Beetlejuice only a small amount were by people who are planning to sell online as most of them did not even know it was live at the time

The Bettlejuice Bulk orders that third party sellers placed were cancelled by Zavvi was only 300 units

Beetlejuice has been a title on lot of wish lists

Mars Attack did not have that many Bulk Orders and will be back near release date with customers who cancel and usual declined Credit/Debit Cards


V for Vendetta is already available as a steelbook and only cost €12.99

This will sell out from Zavvi
It will only sell out due to its 2500 print run
I Will take a guess it will sell out in about 5 Hours to 7 Hours on Saturday

If it was a 4000 print it would struggle to sell out as there already is a Steelbook available to buy From Amazon Germany for only €12.99
