Is this your personal experience?? I've ordered over 100 items from Zavvi in the past 12 months and not one has taken more than 10 days, usually 6/7.

Of course! A while back, items were arriving within 10 days top. But nowadays, the situation is as I described it above. Numerous examples of customers have the same experience here.

We thought that our postal services were to blame, but in the same period, amazon delivers in a week via Royal Mail!

Especially with discounted video games, the delivery times are really horrible!

Anyhow, hope everything works out in the end!

Guys I have a new update ....

MAJOR NEWS ... so read carefully!

Orders should be packed separately in their own box. Still on for Roger Rabbit, both product and packaging are now in the warehouse and think we will start working on despatching tomorrow.

For clarity, all new releases will be shipped in the new packaging. We have multiple warehouses and most of our current stock sits in another location to where Roger Rabbit is. All future stock brought will also go to the Roger Rabbit warehouse, but there will be a period of time where we sell through current stock that will not be shipped in the new packaging, which is unfortunately unavoidable.

So what this means is that if you order Roger Rabbit and Black Hawk Down (for example) that you could get Roger Rabbit in good packaging and Black Hawk in crappy packaging due to where the items are located and all the new packaging be shipped to just the one future steelbook warehouse.

Wreck, have you given them some advice on packaging (I.e. have they used the same as play.com) or did you just pass on the feedback that they needed to improve it? I assume te former an i look forward to receiving this.

My friend at Play has also helped them in regards to advice on packaging. I wont say for certain, but there is strong possibility it could be same supplier that Play used. I wont pester to know exactly as we'll all be receiving some boxes soon so I'll like the surprise to see what everyone gets.

My delivery estimate says "On or before 22th March" (I think they meant 22nd) which will be a first for me if it does arrive before then. It usually takes between 2-3 weeks for me to receive stuff from Zavvi.
